Sonicwall Nsa 2700 SonicOS 7.0.1-5065

good morning, we have a sonicwall 2700 firewall with firmware version SonicOS 7.0.1-5065 that is presenting us with a problem when sending traffic through one of the internet channels, we have 2 internet channels, one with movistar and the other with Claro, at this time We can only use the movistar channel because when the Claro channel starts to work, the channel shoots up in consumption and saturates to the level of blocking us from entering the sonicwall. It has already been checked with the internet provider, but they say that the problem is with the sonicwall, because they do the speed test before entering the sonicwall and it gives them the contracted megabytes, but when doing the speed test after the sonicwall It does not give us download megas.
We have the network in basic failover with the X1 channel above, if we pass the X2 channel above we do not have Internet navigation, only Google applications are useful.
We ask you to collaborate with us because we have been dealing with this inconvenience for 2 weeks.

Have you considered rolling back to the previous firmware?

We already did that firmware test and the failure continues. Evidence of the speed test of the 2 internet channels is attached, there it is evident that the movistar channel works and the clear channel does not work because it does not download megabytes, but the speed test is done before entering the sonicwall the speed test if it throws the contracted megabytes.

What are your rated line speeds from the ISPs? Are you auto-negotiating your NICs and what are they auto-negotiating to?

Have you read the Troubleshooting ISP Throughput guides?

    ISP speeds are:
    Of course 200 MEGAS DEDICATED
    Movistar 100 MEGAS DEDICATED.
The channel that does not work after the sonicwall is the 200 Megs.
These channels are in autonegotiation (evidence is attached).

If we already read the guides, we already called sonicwall support, they already did tests, they took evidence but they still haven't managed to give us a solution to the problem.

If you connect a laptop direct to the CLARO equipment (removing the Sonicwall), do you get the correct speeds?

Yes, we get the 200 Megas that we have contracted without any problem.

Are you doing anything with Bandwidth Management? If so try disabling it.

    Some other things to try:

Try using a different interface (X3) for the CLARO ISP connection and test.

Try using X1 for CLARO ISP and X2 for MOVISTAR and test.

Factory default the unit and set it up with the bare minimum required for connectivity on the LAN and CLARO and test.

Today we proceeded to factory reset the second sonicwall and configure the clear channel and there if it throws us the 200megas, it seems that the fault is generated by something in the configuration. We are going to have to reconfigure our entity's firewall from scratch.
