Monitoring outbound traffic

Hi all,

One of my customers has an NSA3600. The outbound access rules are allowing all protocols. Any Any allowed. I need to monitor outbound traffic to determine the protocols being used. The idea is to implement outbound rules instead of any any allowed. Does SonicWALL have a tool that helps me identify or monitor the outbound protocols? Also, will performance be affected by using the tool?

    What is your Sonicos version?

    If you are using 6.5 you can enable Flow Reporting On the access rules or LocalAgent settings and can see protocol detail DashBorad/App Flow Reports. It will be affect device performance.
