Cannot login to firewall LAN address

When I connect to my SSLVPN back to the office, I can get to the gui of the firewall with the LAN address, but when I try to log in with my AD credentials, I get the following error.

Also, when I log in with the local admin account it says unknown error. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? I can log into all my other firewalls through the SSLVPN to the site to site VPNs.

  • The weird thing is that every once in a while it will let me log in with my AD credentials. This is very odd

    Hi @Drew_Schwedland

Please check SSL-VPN config and user login enable on the interface. If user login isnt enable on the interface settings you cannot access via ldap users.

  • I think the SSL-VPN config is right. I have it set to allow logins. What interface needs to be set to allow logins? The LAN or the WAN interface?
