Virtual Office RDP bookmark does not work.

I have a TZ-270

When click on the Virtual Office RDP icon to connect, it does not work. It opens up a popup window containing a black screen with Sonicwall All rights reserved. No logon or anything.

But VNC bookmarks work. I have Windows 10 Pro computers.

I had opened a case with Sonicwall a while back and they came up with a work around to use an old version of a URL to access Virtual Office. I had lost the URL and it's not in the case. Does anyone know what URL they are talking about?

Also the support rep said he would note the issue to his development team, but I don't see any new firmware.

    It seems link to unaccessible terminal server.
    Please check bookmark config
