DNS request coming from Sonicwave

Internal windows DNS server in AD domain. Sonicwave is on X5 sub-interface with VAP. DHCP can register clients fine. Wireless clients are receiving Ip address and DNS info. correctly. However if a client connected to Sonicwave tries to register itself, packet capture shows the request coming from the sonicwave and not the client. It fails to register in DNS of course but why does the request appear to come from the sonicwave IP the client is connected to and not the client itself?

    Hi @djhurt1

Could you check dns settings on the interface and dhcp settings.

if you use Cloude wireless manager please disable CFS policy on the Wireless nanager.
