Can we add new Tags? to posts?

I wanted to add "Mesh" and a few others but it looks like it's limited to whatever the community admins.

I see "Current Popular Tags" include "youtube" and "may 2020" ?

    We're always looking out for more keywords to add, so if you think of anything else, let me know. I've already added mesh.
