    Confirmed.

@EnaBev or @Micah can you please escalate to the appropriate group?

    Hi @AGSonicWall and @Larry ,

Thanks for flagging this - could you please confirm you used this link: https://migratetool.global.sonicwall.com/

Let me know if that helps!

  • Good Day Ena,

Have tested the link and confirmed the same link. Have the same error still.

    Hi @AGSonicWall,

Thanks for letting me know. I'll have someone take a look at this and get back to you soon.

Let me know if I can be of any help in the meantime.

    Hi @AGSonicWall,

I've spoked to a few folks internally, here is some feedback:

    • retry using incognito mode and a different browser
    • or collect a new EXP file in case it got corrupted

If you continue to experience the same issue, please create a support ticket.

@EnaBev I just did as you requested and in Firefox (my default) it fails. It also fails in Private mode. It also fails in Chrome.

Respectfully, this is a SonicWall back-end problem. And I, for one, am not going to engage in a pointless conversation with a CSR who is going to think there's an issue with my TZ250W - because, after all, the only way to contact support is to provide a device serial number.

Please get someone to take a closer look internally.

    Thanks!

    Larry
