@EnaBev I just did as you requested and in Firefox (my default) it fails. It also fails in Private mode. It also fails in Chrome.
Respectfully, this is a SonicWall back-end problem. And I, for one, am not going to engage in a pointless conversation with a CSR who is going to think there's an issue with my TZ250W - because, after all, the only way to contact support is to provide a device serial number.
Please get someone to take a closer look internally.
