TZ570 Printer access

I just installed my TZ570 and now my users cannot connect to the printers that are deployed from the server. Which setting do I need to change to allow users access to the printers?

That line from the movie Jerry MagGuire comes to mind after reading your post: "Help me help you."

What was your network configuration like before you introduced the TZ570?

What firewall were you using where printing worked?

If it was a SonicWall firewall, how did you migrate from that to this new one?

Providing a lot of detailed information can let the community give you appropriate guidance. What we can't do is guess what you've got.

    Hi @LeslieM

Make sure your printer network configuration is same as end users network. Such as Gateway, subnet mask etc.

If Sonicwall handling the DHCP, make sure the Printer IP is excluded from the DHCP pool. (Make sure printer IP is not assigned to any other device)
