Radius Authentication

Hi @Skumar @Vijay_Kumar_KV ,

Currently we have 1 Radius server configured on SMA and 2 Realm for 'abc' and 'xyz' domain pointing to same radius server for authentication.

Inside the radius server we have a Realm 'abc' which is in the default realm and other Realm 'xyz'. Now when user logs into SMA through 'xyz', he has to login with 'username@xyz', while user in 'abcd' realm logs in using only 'username' as it is in the default realm.

While the user tries to login using 'username@xyz' OTP is sent to users mobile, after entering the OTP, it throws an error "VPN connection Failed- there was an internal authentication error".

Same if the 'abc' users logs in successfully without any error. Kindly suggest.

    Hi @Darshil what platform (100 or 1000 series) and what Firmware we are talking about? I had plenty of trouble with Radius Challenge/Response on both platforms.
