Sonic Wall Anti-Spam configuration on Port 10080

Hello

We are using the anti-spam software. We will be migrating away in the near future. In the meantime, we are presented with an issue with the junk store ports 10080. Because of the Slipstream security issue, browser vendors are blocking this port. Our users cannot release junk mail because of this. Has anyone solved this problem ?

Thanks

Anthony

    Hi ADZ,

Are you using Anti-spam Service from firewall or Email Security Software?

To resolve the issue, need to update the port used in the junk summary link. Refer to the article Unable to access the junk summary URL using TCP port 10080 | SonicWall

    Regards,

I have the same issue. Followed the instructions in the referenced article. When I change the port to 10443 and "apply changes" the port reverts to 10080. What else needs to be done to fix the issue?

Make sure that User Account Control is disabled on the server the junkstore is installed on.

If it was installed while UAC was on you may need to reinstall it.
