Tech Tip: How to Promote CAS licensed User to Portal Admin

Customer can assign CAS Portal Admin rights to a licensed user from their MySonicWall account.

Steps:

  1. Login to MSW account and add CAS licensed user under Resources & Support>>>Settings>>>My Account.
  2. Check User's inbox for account registration email, verify code and assign password.
  3. Click on 'Mark as Admin' to assign CAS Portal Admin rights.
