I did not get alerts for SonicWall incidents like the vulns found in the past couple of weeks despite have all my alert settings on in my SonicWall account.
How do I get alerts for critical issues such as these?

If you have alerts enabled on your MySonicWall account, then you are supposed to get emails from the account. Please ensure to check the spam folder in your email once just in case. If all good on your account and still no email alert, please contact our customer service team and get the issue reported.
